How many credits do I need?
Pricing for AI-assisted review starts at 3 credits per page. Exporting a report costs 1 credit per page. See AI models for per-model rates.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You won't be able to run new inspections until your credits renew at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact us if you need additional credits.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll help you switch plans.
Is my data used for AI training?
No. We never use your documents or data to train AI models. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of running your inspections and is never shared with third parties for training purposes. For Enterprise users, an on-premise version is available that works with your own AI models, including local models for fully offline, in-house usage. Contact [email protected] for details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest with per-account encryption keys. Business Pro and Enterprise plans include high-security mode with short session timeouts and full audit logging. Enterprise plans support HIPAA compliance — HIPAA mode restricts AI processing to HIPAA-compliant models only (we have signed BAAs with providers). A signed BAA is provided to Enterprise customers on request. See our HIPAA page for more details.
